From Vision to Impact

T-TEL was established in 2018 as part of a broader effort to create a home-grown Ghanaian institution capable of leading education reform from within. The organisation emerged from a recognition that sustainable change in Ghana's education sector requires deep local expertise, sustained relationships, and an unwavering commitment to evidence-based practice.

Since inception, T-TEL has supported the Government of Ghana across critical reform areas — including the development of the Education Strategic Plan 2018–2030, teacher professional development, digital learning infrastructure and inclusive education policies.

Today, T-TEL continues to grow its reach and impact, working with government ministries, development partners, civil society organisations and international research institutions to drive meaningful, measurable improvements in Ghana's education system.
